Postage/Despatch of Order

Our aim is to despatch goods on the day the order is received for orders received prior to 2.00 pm on a normal week day. Where possible we will even try to do this for orders received after 2.00 pm. Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday (providing it is not a bank holiday). We send the majority of our order by first class mail. However since the introduction of the large letter and package rates low value bulky items, such as cutters and craft aperture cards are usually sent 2nd class.

Our postage rates for the United Kingdom mainland are determined by order value (i.e. goods total) and all UK orders over £ 35.00 are sent post free - 2nd Class. Postal rates are as follows:

For europe  the postage is determined by weight. To get an estimate of your shipping costs go into shopping basket during, or at the end of your order - click on estimate (by shipping cost) and enter your country & post code.

PAYMENT OF YOUR ORDER

When you have completed your order you will be directed for payment to an independant secure site for payment - Sagepay (was Protx). We take all major credit/debit cards and Paypal. Alternatively if you prefer you can load your order and then telephone us with your credit/debit card details and we can process this through our shop terminal.
